"Beyoncé: Year of 4" (Mini-Documentary)
"Beyoncé: Year of 4" documents the year-long personal and artistic journey that inspired Beyoncé's fourth solo album, 4.
Watching this has really made me love Beyonce that little bit more! She comes across as very genuine, honest and extremely focused on her work, allowing the camera to capture aspects of her life that we don't usually get to see. Fly on the wall documentaries such as these always make fans apprectiate an artist that bit more because you see the real effort and hard work that goes into making music, and this is definitely the case with Beyonce.
She is undoubtedly one of the greatest performers of our time and this documentary is definitely a must see!

Jessie J Goes Glam For The 2011 Glamour Awards
She sure does scrub up well! Ditching her signature Mystic Meg bob and colourful clothing and opting for a softer more glamorous look, Jessie J looked almost unrecognisable at last night's Glamour Awards...
Bagging herself the 'Woman of Tomorrow' award and stealing the show in this sexy Dolce & Gabbana number it really was a great night for J-J-J-Jessie J!
Congrats!

Nicola Roberts (Girls Aloud) Goes Solo!
This is so unexpected! Little Nicola from Girls Aloud shaking her ass and all on her own! Out of all the members of Girls Aloud to go solo I would have never of dreamed it would be Nicola. She's really the one that just wanders in the background and that no one really takes any notice of to be perfectly honest... well not anymore!
The song is somewhat questionable but hey, I give her props for trying. The song and video itself is very unexpected and A LOT different from what we've heard her sing in Girls Aloud.
It may be a bit weird and her dancing may need some improving but honestly, I don't think it's that bad and I'm looking forward to see what she brings out next.
Well done Nicola.
PS: Her debut solo album Cinderella's Eyes will be released in Autumn 2011. More info at: http://www.nicolarobertsmusic.com

Video Of The Week: Cover by Karmin Music (Look At Me Now - Chris Brown)
I am just infatuated with this duo at the moment! After seeing this video I was simply blown away. Not only do they hit the nail on the head with this cover but they manage to add their own swag to the hit single - and I must say Amy gives Lil' Wayne and Busta a good run for their money in the rapping stakes!
I'm listening to the video as I write this and can't stop bopping my head - I think I might be becoming a bit obsessed but do you blame me? All of their videos are exciting, fun to watch and from the handful that I've seen their covers are all spot on.
After watching this, I suggest you watch their 6 foot 7 foot, All of the lights, Someone like you and What's my name covers and also have a listen to some of their original songs too.
I just love their originality and if you do too 'like' them on Facebook and show some support! ---> Karim Covers Fanpage
And why not show this site some support too by clicking the 'like' button to your right?
Enjoy!
Song Of the Week: Aloe Blacc - I Need A Dollar
I just can't stop listening to this song but I don't know why! Maybe it's the soul penetrating my body possibly? Hmmm... well whatever it is what is undeniable is that this is a great song, so if you havent heard it yet have a listen now.
Enjoy.

Amy Winehouse Goes Back Into Rehab
This is very sad news but it is true, Amy Winehouse has gone back into rehab. Representation for the singer today confirmed this and has said that she checked into London's Priory Clinic on Wednesday the 25th of May.
Since the phenomenal success of her album 'Back To Black' in 2006 Amy has constantly been in the public eye and has also publicly battled substance abuse and mental health issues since she was catapulted to fame. Having checked into a rehab facility in 2008 due to alcohol and drugs related issues and appearing to have come out a new woman; everything seemed on the up for Ms. Winehouse, especially with an eagerly awaited new album in production. However, it seems that maybe it has all got too much for the songstress and she has fallen back into the trap of substance and alcohol abuse yet again.
No further news has been released on her situation but I am sure I can say that we all hope Amy gets better and gets back to doing what she does best - creating fabulous music.
